About Me
My main research interest is to understand the sensitivity of tropical forest ecosystems to climatic and hydrological changes, as they contain the majority of Earth’s biodiversity and provide immense benefits to humans from local to global scales. Despite this importance, however, we still have a surprisingly poor understanding of the effects of extreme climate events (e.g., droughts, heat waves, floods) on these ecosystems.
